The goal when we approach design is to elevate the space and to help the client live and feel better in their home. It is a thoughtful and detailed experience. Each project is a reflection of the homeowner’s personal style and their desires. We spend time listening to the client in order to interpret their needs and expectations and we continue to listen throughout the process.

Let’s talk design!

The “Discovery Call” is the first step in our iNKREDiBLE design process! It’s a 15-20 minute phone conversation where we learn about your project and give you detailed information about the design process.

Consultation

Getting to know you! Each project begins with a 90-minute consultation which is one of the most important parts of the design process. During the consultation, we will discuss your design needs and find out how you live or work in your space. A consultation can occur at the site of the project or virtually. Depending on your needs, the design consultation can include some or all of the following:
  • Assessment of your needs through questions and answers
  • Space planning
  • How to determine the budget
  • Paint color selections
  • Materials and Finish Selection
  • Window treatment ideas
  • Lighting ideas
  • Styling tips
You will also receive detailed information about the design process, a personalized consultation summary, and a written proposal for services.

Plan & Presentation

It’s all in the details! During this phase, we start refining a detailed plan for your approval. This is where we source furnishings and fixtures and create a visual representation of the space that will be brought to life based on your selections! This is where you will receive:
  • Proposed floor plans
  • Furniture suggestions
  • Recommendations for textiles, wall treatments, window coverings, flooring, and other materials
  • Lighting plan
  • Inspiration images
  • Mood board or detailed rendering
  • Quotes and pricing

Purchasing & Project Management

Let the fun begin! This is when we start to order furniture pieces and manage all trade work. This is an exciting phase of the project where the client begins to see the transformation happen.
  • Order and track furnishings and products
  • Manage construction and trade work (Painting, wallpaper installation, lighting, etc.)
  • Inspect and assemble furnishings and products
  • Delivery Scheduling

Installation

It’s time to style the space to perfection! This is where the vision becomes a beautiful reality. All carpentry, painting, and other work by trades has been completed. You leave the home for the day and while you’re out, the furniture is delivered, window treatments are installed, rugs laid, art is hung, and the space is styled and accessorized. When you return, you walk into your transformed space!
